Manchester Science Park receives £60 Million Investment from Bruntwood SciTech

The Greenheys location will be transformed into a six-story designed lab facility for expanding science firms that operate in diagnosis, genome research, precision healthcare, and other areas as part of the plan. This conveys the third stage of the strategy to expand the facility after the completion of the 4.0 centre.

It is anticipated that the project would achieve zero carbon emissions in the building and operation of communal areas by utilising the most recent advancements in building materials and environmental technologies.
The renovated building will use fewer fossil fuels and be entirely electric. Its carefully designed “solar shading” exterior will decrease heat gain and light levels. Additionally, the building’s first and second floors will be surrounded by a green wall to boost biodiversity and enhance air quality.
