Guardant & Illumina Prolong Collaboration, Ending Lawsuit

The 3 year compromise includes a mutual movement to drop the companies’ current lawsuit, involving accusations of trademark theft, with prejudice.

Furthermore, as part of the partnership, both businesses will exchange samples of specimens and take on a new long-term supply and investment commitment, according to the cancer diagnostic producer based in Palo Alto, California.
