Sanofi-Aventis partners with Euro RSCG Worldwide
Sanofi-Aventis has named Euro RSCG Worldwide as a strategic communication partner, with that company’s Euro RSCG Life Global Healthcare Agency being appointed to supervise all communication regarding new diabetes and thrombosis treatments from Sanofi-Aventis.
Euro RSCH Worldwide, a member of the Havas Group, will manage the communications for the Lantus and Aprida diabetes treatments and the Lovenox/Clexane thrombosis therapy.
“Sanofi-Aventis has also amplified its partnership with Euro RSCG Life by awarding the agency the responsibility of launching all communications programmes for all new brands in these two therapeutic domains,” the company reports.
Additionally, Euro RSCG has been awarded the contract to deal with the company’s corporate communications account, which includes internal publications and editorial programmes,
Euro RSCG, the fifth-largest global agency in the world, is a specialist in corporate communications, interactive healthcare and marketing services.
It is the largest business division of the Havas communications group, with 233 offices in 75 countries worldwide.
Earlier this month, Michel Labie replaced Nicole Cranois as senior vice president of communications of Sanofi-Aventis, becoming a member of the group management committee and reporting directly to the chief executive officer of the company. He has retained his role as vice president of institutional and professional relations.
