Millipore launches free antibody research web tool

Millipore has launched its new Antibody Learning Centre this week.

The life science company’s antibody portfolio will be available via the free web tool, as will a chance for users to plan efficient workflows for immunodetection in specific focus areas of protein research.

Due to the acquisition of Upstate and Chemicon, the firm’s antibody offerings now span the entire range of biological research, from neuroscience, cell signalling and nucleur function to cell structure and adhesion.

A statement from the company said: "The Antibody Learning Centre conveniently organises the entire antibody collection into specific focus areas."

"Researchers can quickly find the relevant antibodies to answer a particular question while they are also alerted to important, related proteins, extending the scope of their research."

The service can be accessed via the company’s website.
