Bayer Animal Health launches new pest control solution

Bayer Animal Health has announced the launch of a new pest control solution that is designed to meet the needs of small farm operators.

The Tempo SC Ultra Control Concentrate is the fifth release by Bayer Animal Health of this kind of product and it is reportedly able to eradicate 60 different kinds of pests from livestock and their premises.

Available in 32-mililitre bottles, the concentrate needs to be poured into a two-gallon spray can and liberally distributed around an area believed to be infested with potentially harmful pests.

“Operations such as smaller horse and cattle farms can now buy just the right amount of Tempo SC Ultra, providing them increased flexibility in their pest control programs,” explained Dr V Bruce Steward, marketing product manager for livestock insecticides at the pharmaceutical firm.

Bayer Animal Health claims to be among the world’s leading suppliers of pharmaceutical products for pets and livestock and notes that many of its products are the result of internal research and development.
