Radleys stock new CC-Pilot

Radleys claims Huber’s new CC-Pilot controller enhances precise temperature controlled experiments.

The laboratory equipment supplier says the product sets a "new benchmark" for easy-to-use, flexible control of the world’s favourite thermostat bath range.

A company statement said: "The unique ‘easy control’ menu on the CC-Pilot is virtually identical to the well-established unistat pilot, giving simple familiar access to all functions using a ‘turn to search’ – ‘push to select’ encoder."

Meanwhile, earlier in the year the company launched its Cool-It insulated bowls that provide cooling to -70 degrees Celsius for round bottom flasks designed to fit on standard stirring hotplates.

Bill and Iris Radley formed the company in 1963 when they set-up a glassblowing workshop in Epping, Essex.

The firm has since expanded and now claims to be a niche supplier of laboratory equipment focusing on its own areas of expertise enabling the business to add benefits to the products and services it offers.
