Bayer announces its annual returns

Bayer announced it has issued 25,062,356 shares with the market value of 25,062,356 million pounds in its annual returns. The healthcare and science firm claims to employ 106,000 staff worldwide and has an annual UK turnover of more than one billion euros. It was founded Friedrich Bayer in 1871.
