ICS registers charge

Independent Clinical Services (ICS) has announced the registration of a charge pursuant to section 401(1) of the Companies Act 1985. The company registered this charge on September 8th 2008, with the company creating a debenture and guarantee dated August 28th 2008 for securing all monies due or to become due from the company.
