Oxford Immunotec issues share capital report

Oxford Immunotec has filed its annual return with Companies House detailing its share capital, stockholders and corporate officers.

For the period ending August 21st 2008, the firm had 1,265,528 ordinary shares issued with an aggregate nominal value of 1,265.528 pounds.

Among the major shareholders are the chancellor, masters and scholars of the University of Oxford, a group that holds 262,510 shares.
