R&D Systems Europe files share details

R&D Systems Europe has filed its annual report with Companies House.

As of September 12th 2008, the firm had 500,000 ordinary shares issued, 499,999 of which are held by the Minneapolis-based Techne Group.

Ruth Bright is the registered company secretary and directors include Kathleen Backes, Gregory Melsen and Thomas Oland.
