Mobilis Healthcare adds new articles

Mobilis Healthcare has proposed the passing of a special resolution to add two new items to its articles of association. They state the company’s lien of its shares does not apply to those mortgaged or charged to a secured institution and directors shall not decline to register a transfer of shares or suspend registration in these cases. Mobilis was founded in 1978 as Mobilis International.
