Iams set to appear at next year’s Glee show

Iams has signed up to attend next year’s Glee show following the success of this year’s event, it has been reported.

This year’s Glee trading event ? held at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre in September ? attracted over 18,000 visitors, organisers said.

Eukanuba and Iams is one of a list of “big-name exhibitors” already confirming their appearance at the 2009 event.

Director of the Glee show Daniel Thurlow said the event was “content-rich” to help businesses find alternative ways to stand out from competitors.

“Anyone who attended Glee will have found useful business content, a huge range of products and innovation, as well as ways to help retailers generate increased sales,” he said.

People in animal health jobs may be interested in the event and Iams’ involvement in it.

In related news, the Cat Fanciers’ Association-Iams Championship named the US’s best cat on Sunday, the Associated Press reported.

A Russian Blue named Runner was the first animal of its breed to win the award, which included 400 pounds of cat food.
