Hill’s Pet Nutrition teams up with ACVS
Hill’s Pet Nutrition is delighted to be involved with the American College of Veterinary Surgeons’ (ACVS) industry partners programme, it has been reported.
The aim of the scheme is to strengthen the strategic goals of ACVS’ associates while advancing surgery for animals, explained Veterinary News.
Dr Daniel Aja, director of professional affairs for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, explained that the firm is committed to supporting professional organisations that help the veterinary healthcare industry grow and improve.
He added the company is pleased to participate with the programme and told the website: “This unique association will help allow the ACVS to further this mission and we are delighted to be a part of this strategy moving forward.”
Prior to the agreement, Hill’s Pet Nutrition has supported ACVS in a number of was, including contributing to its foundation and sponsoring the Mark W Allam lecture.
Hill’s Pet Nutrition was established in 1939. The company develops and produces pet food for their lines Prescription Diet and Science Plan.
