3M has announced it will present a range of new technology systems at the Infosecurity Europe 2009 conference.
The company, which produces a number of products for the healthcare and scientific sector, will be showcasing a series of screen filters designed to increase levels of privacy.
Due to the importance of comprehensive security systems for company laptop and desktop computers, 3M will be highlighting its offerings by providing a free filter to attendees able to provide their make and model requirements.
Nick Hughes, business development manager of the company’s optical systems division, said the technology involved was simple but necessary.
"We are continuing our efforts to reach the information security decision-maker and encourage them to recognise the true value of specifying privacy filters in their company security policies," he added.
3M recently announced the launch of a revised version of its Cubitron belt formulation for use in medical implant and engineered castings.
