Autoclude pumps showcased in Frankfurt

Autoclude – which is now part of the Verderflex group – has drawn attention to the benefits of its latest peristaltic hose technology.

The manufacturer took the opportunity of this year’s Achema conference in Frankfurt to showcase the Verderflex Dura 35 pump and highlighted a number of features it believes helps place it ahead of its competitors.

It was explained the longer life of the hose, coupled with less frequent and shorter downtime, were among the things that made the Dura 35 "a genuine advancement".

The space-saving nature of the device and its more efficient nature were noted and maximum continuous flow rates of 3,180 l/hr or 840 GPH may cause many to consider it as a replacement to more outdated systems.

Duncan Brown, sales manager for Verderflex, commented that the product was an exciting addition to the company’s range.

"We have seen massive success with our existing Dura products and now we have taken another step in revolutionising hose pumps," he added.

Achema took place between May 11th and 15th.
