Dr Reddy’s files annual report on form 20-F

Dr Reddy’s has announced that its annual report on form 20-F has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company explains that the report, which contains its annual consolidated fiscal statements for the financial year ended March 31st 2009, was submitted to the organisation on July 6th.

Dr Reddy’s says that the annual report on form 20-F is also available on its corporate website and interested parties can access it by selecting the SEC filings entry, which is in the investors section.

“ADS holders may also obtain a hard copy of the annual report on form 20-F or Indian annual report, free of charge, by sending a written request to the company?s registered office or by sending an e-mail to shares@drreddys.com,” it concludes.

Last month, Dr Reddy’s announced that it has entered into a partnership with GlaxoSmithKline to develop and sell a range of products across a number of emerging markets.
