PerkinElmer announces co-marketing deal with Rigaku
PerkinElmer has announced a co-marketing agreement with Rigaku, which will see the two firms work together.
In a statement, the organisation said that the deal allows both companies to share data and also offer customers a single point of contact for its atomic spectroscopy solutions.
These include inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometers, atomic absorption spectrometers and inductively-coupled plasma optical emission spectrometers, as well as Rigaku’s bench-top suite of X-ray fluorescence tools.
Commenting, Ian Shuttler, vice-president of the Inorganic Business Unit and Analytical Sciences at PerkinElmer, said that the firm enjoys a "wonderful" relationship with Rikagu.
"We look forward to combining our resources with Rigaku. Together, we will enhance the customer experience and provide new solutions that meet the evolving requirements in elemental analysis laboratories," he added.
In recent weeks, PerkinElmer launched its new Gigahertz Photon Detection Module, which is designed for clinical and analytical diagnostic applications in environments where there is a low level of light.
