Hanover announces new appointment
Hanover has announced the details of a new appointment it made recently.
The media and public affairs consultancy has established a new specialism in medical technology and has appointed Paul Saunders to head up the role.
Mr Saunders was formerly on the payroll of medtech company Convatec as its associate director of government affairs and will take up his new post of senior account director with Hanover in September.
He ran the Convatec’s government affairs team for the UK and Ireland for three years and also held the position of head of business intelligence.
"This is an exciting time for medical technology. Current NHS agendas and probable political change give a real window of opportunity for the industry," stated Hanover’s director and head of healthcare Andrew Harrison.
Established in 1998, Hanover has 30 consultants on its team and deals with 40 high-profile clients, including those operating within the public sector, as well as FTSE 100 companies.
