Anachem unleashes Gilson GX-271/4 ASPEC solid phase extraction system

Anachem has announced the availability of its Gilson GX-271/4 ASPEC – a piece of equipment that allows for large volume solid phase extraction.

Capable of processing samples of up to one litre in volume, the product is designed to perform pre-analysis sample clean-ups and uses 1 ml, 3 ml and 6 ml SPE cartridges including sample volumes as high as 100 ml.

The Valvemate II switching vales and racks incorporated into the Gilson GX-271/4 ASPEC’s design also make it possible to select samples directly, position them off the liquid handler bed and extract them from their bottles with ease.

Additionally, Anachem informs, a new mobile rack specific for 47 mm SPE disks is now available for use with the Waters Oasis HLB Disks, as well as Bakerbond products.

Anachem’s clients were advised last week that the firm has recently added IDEX Sure-Fit connectors from Isolation Technologies to its portfolio of products.
