Woodley Equipment subsidiary recruits new laboratory employee

Woodley Equipment subsidiary Quantum Vet Diagnostics has announced the appointment of a new recruit at its in-house laboratory.

Due to a rapid growth of its customer base, the firm has brought a further professional on board – Alison Sylvester, who will take up the post of biochemistry specialist.

Ms Sylvester has 22 years of experience in the chemistry industry, in both the private and public sectors. She began her career working for the NHS Princess Royal Hospital before moving on to Gordon Labs to manage two private laboratories.

She has also worked for Synermed Europe, where she oversaw the operations of field service technicians.

Quantum Vet Diagnostics – a specialist arm of the Woodley Equipment Company – marks its 20th anniversary this year and specialises in wet chemistry analysis.

It claims that its Quantum Wet Chemistry Analyser is “truly easy to use” and delivers “hassle-free, accurate results time and time again”.
