Medtronic to appear at Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference

Medtronic has announced that it will participate in the forthcoming Morgan Stanley Healthcare Conference.

Gary Ellis, the company’s senior vice-president and chief financial officer, will take to the plinth at the event, which is scheduled to take place on September 14th, to speak about current issues in the industry on behalf of the organisation.

Among the subjects Mr Ellis will discuss is Medtronic’s efforts to deliver its sustainable top and bottom-line growth plans.

It revealed that a webcast of his comments will be made available on Medtronic’s Investor Relations website afterwards.

The firm has a major presence in the field of medical technology designed to restore health and alleviate pain.

Last week, it revealed the availability of its Paradigm Veo product, which halts the administering of insulin in diabetes type 1 patients whose blood sugar levels have fallen below a safe level.
