Buchi has launched the Digital Melting Point M-560 and M-565 – equipment designed for use by those seeking a fast and accurate means of determining melting and boiling points.
The M-565 features simple menus and programmes that are easy to navigate through its intuitive LCD display.
It also has an integrated camera that continuously captures real-time, high-resolution images of each sample throughout analyses.
The new Melting Point Monitor software allows the video capture of the entire analysis process to be logged, saved and recalled later on.
An intuitive step-by-step process compliant with pharmacopeia protocol is also made available for calibration purposes.
These are not the only products Buchi has launched of late. This week, the firm also introduced its Nano Spray Dryer B-90 on to the scientific instruments market.
According to the company, the equipment revolutionises spray drying with an innovative technology particle creation down to the submicron and even nanometre range from minimal sample quantities at highest yield.
