Manning Selvage and Lee appoints new wellness SVP

Manning Selvage and Lee has appointed Joan Cetera as the new senior vice-president (SVP) of its consumer home and wellness activities.

In her new role at the communications firm, Ms Cetera will oversee the company’s working relationship with health and personal care firm Procter and Gamble among others.

This comes after the executive previously worked with healthcare-oriented businesses such as Johnson and Johnson and Bausch and Lomb while employed by public relations firm Ogilvy.

Ms Cetera stated that she and her team will now be looking to assist her new clients in communicating their corporate messages through both on and offline media.

She added: “I am excited to join Manning Selvage and Lee Group in this time of growth and change for the group and for the public relations industry.”

This comes after the firm last month appointed former Ogilvy employee Jeanine O’Kane to a key role in its healthcare business unit.
