Teva UK reveals positive employee satisfaction findings

Teva UK has published new survey findings which demonstrate the high levels of job satisfaction experienced by its staff members.

According to data from the company's employee satisfaction poll, 82 per cent of Teva UK workers feel engaged with the firm and positive about its corporate values, higher than the national average of 72 per cent.

Moreover, 90 per cent stated that they are able to cope with the pressures of their workloads, while 88 per cent said they would be proud to tell others that they work for the company.

Lynda Wilebore, the company's human resources director, welcomed the findings, saying: "We'll continue to benchmark the company both internally and against other UK leading employers, to maintain continuous improvement and ensure that Teva remains a great place to work."

This comes in the same year that Teva UK was given a one-star status in the recent Best Companies Accreditation 2010 awards.

Last month, the firm demonstrated its commitment to corporate responsibility by providing a donation of 350,000 doses of essential medicines to aid flood relief efforts in Pakistan.
