Ogilvy wins prizes at IPA Effectiveness Awards
Ogilvy has collected a number of accolades at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) Effectiveness Awards, honouring work conducted on behalf of clients such as Unilever.
The Ogilvy and Mather group's London office was selected for three gongs at the industry event earlier this week, including a bronze award for its marketing campaign for Unilever's Dove Deodorant range.
Ogilvy Group UK planning director Rachel Hatton congratulated Stephanie Tuesley, author of the Dove campaign, while also hailing the work of Nick Strauss and Adrian Zambardino, who claimed awards for campaigns for Barclays Wealth and Kodak Printers respectively.
Ms Hatton said the wins were an impressive achievement, as entrants must submit papers to convince two judging panels of the profit-making potential of their campaigns.
"These awards are considered the gold standard by the client community as they demonstrate the power of creativity to deliver business results," she added.
Last month, PRWeek reported that Ogilvy has strengthened its PR Health division with the appointment of Ludivine Delattre and Sarah Gordon to its management team.
