Waters launches Regulated Bioanalysis System Solution

Waters has announced the launch of its new Regulated Bioanalysis System Solution, which is optimised to produce quantitative results for bioanalytical laboratories quickly and effectively.

The new system comprises a number of cutting-edge LC/MS/MS technologies, including the Oasis and Ostro Sample Preparation Chemistries, the Acquity UPLC I-Class System and the Unifi Scientific Information Management System.

By combining these innovations, the solution is able to reduce cost per sample, generate quick and accurate results, maximise uptime and assist in the prompt completion of projects.

It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of scientists in the bioanalysis field, conducting research into small molecule drugs and biotherapeutics.

Gary Harland, regulated bioanalysis programme manager at Waters, said it offers "the best possible analytical performance in an end-to-end system solution that allows scientists to carry out their experiments while maintaining the integrity and security of their results".

According to its most recent financial report, Waters experienced a 16 percent year-on-year sales increase in the first quarter of 2011.
