Millward Brown hires new global HR head

8th June 2011

Millward Brown has announced the appointment of Susan Steele as its new global chief human resources (HR) officer.

Ms Steele joins the company from her former role as chief learning officer for consultancy group Deloitte, where she also previously occupied the chief HR officer role for the UK and Switzerland.

She will be responsible for leading the multinational agency's HR and talent agenda worldwide, taking over the position vacated by Elaine Holland, who is moving to a new role in charge of executive coaching initiatives.

Eileen Campbell, chief executive officer at Millward Brown, said Ms Steele's experience and proven talent will equip her well for the position.

"She has walked in our shoes as a service provider and consultant, experienced life in a highly competitive sector of professional services and has led massive change management and professional development initiatives," she stated.

Millward Brown currently operates 78 offices in 54 countries and counts 90 percent of the world's top 100 global brands among its clients.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800571589-ADNFCR
