Park House Healthcare wins Medilink award

Park House Healthcare has been presented with an outstanding achievement accolade at the Medilink Innovation Reception and Healthcare Business Awards 2011.

The medical technology firm was honoured with the prestigious accolade for its success in the Yorkshire and Humber healthcare sector in the last year, which has had a positive impact on the company and industry as a whole.

Having claimed this title, the organisation has now been shortlisted for the National Medilink UK Awards, which will take place in 2012 to recognise the best health organisations in the country.

Peter Carroll, sales and marketing director at Park House Healthcare, attributed the victory to a "more targeted approach" to market dynamics.

He explained: "At a time of severe cost-cutting in the NHS, Park House Healthcare have reversed the industry trend with focused, patient-centred solutions and adopted the key principle – 'getting patients better quicker'."

This comes after the company won the prize for best stand during the National Association Equipment Providers conference in Blackpool in June 2011.
