Hanover named 2011 public affairs consultancy of the year
Hanover has announced that it has been presented with the consultancy of the year prize at the 2011 Public Affairs News Awards.
The agency claimed the prestigious accolade based on its extensive successes during the past 12 months, which have seen it achieve a growth rate of 30 percent, while winning 24 new clients.
It comes after Hanover also secured the prize for best European public affairs consultancy at an awards ceremony organised by The Holmes Report earlier this year.
Ian Hall, editor of Public Affairs News and chairman of the awards' judging panel, said the 24 adjudicators had been impressed by the company's performance across all evaluation criteria.
"The agency demonstrated to the judges the double success whammy of outstanding results for clients combined with impressive agency management and growth," he added.
Hanover is based in London and works with companies from a wide range of industries, with pharmaceutical sector clients including AstraZeneca, Merck Sharpe and Dohme, Novartis and Janssen-Cilag.
