Ketchum named agency of the year by PRWeek
Ketchum has been presented with the 2012 PR agency of the year accolade by industry publication PRWeek.
The company won the top honour at the 13th annual PRWeek Awards in New York based on its strong growth over the last 12 months, as well as its dedication to creativity, staff training schemes, philanthropic efforts and client service quality.
In addition to this accolade, Ketchum claimed the titles for best large PR agency, top promotional event and best product brand development campaign, while winning honourable mentions in three other categories.
In total, Ketchum has now won 33 PRWeek Awards, more than any other media agency.
Raymond Kotcher, senior partner and chief executive officer of Ketchum, said: "Being recognised as PR Agency of the Year is really a measure of the talent we have at Ketchum, the value we deliver to clients and the strength of our partnerships with them."
This comes after the company won a raft of accolades in 2011, including one Cannes PR Lion, nine Silver Anvils at the PRSA Awards, two Clio Awards and a pair of global Sabre Awards.
