Ivoclar Vivadent hails success of International Expert Symposium

Ivoclar Vivadent is celebrating the success of its recent International Expert Symposium, a prestigious professional education event held in Berlin on September 15th 2012.

The conference was attended by around 750 participants from 37 countries and centred on the theme of 'All-Ceramics meets Implant Aesthetics', with discussions taking place about the clinical applications of the latest materials.

Representatives from all parts of the globe shared expertise on treatment protocols and the pros and cons of different abutment types, while the excellent clinical performance of all-ceramics was also discussed.

Josef Richter, chief sales officer and member of the Ivoclar Vivadent corporate management team, said the company will aim to continue its dialogue with international experts by holding a similar symposium every two years at a different European venue.

This comes in the same week that Ivoclar Vivadent will be sponsoring the technician-focused Tech Zone at the British Dental Trade Association Dental Showcase, which is taking place in London on October 6th.
