Dentsply hails success of BDTA Dental Showcase

Dentsply has detailed the popularity of its stand at the recent British Dental Trade Association (BDTA) Dental Showcase event in Birmingham.

The annual conference took place from October 17th to 19th 2013 and saw around 12,000 members of the dental profession and industry attending, interacting with more than 380 leading dental companies.

Dentsply's stand drew numerous visitors after it held 22 educational lectures and hands-on sessions across the three days, with Dr Mike Horrocks giving hands-on demonstrations of products such as ProTaper Next and WaveOne.

The company also took the opportunity to discuss products such as SDR, Ceram X and the newly-integrated Sultan Healthcare range, which includes leading branded offerings such as Comfit masks and Assure Plus sterilisation pouches.

A statement from Dentsply said: "These great products, lectures and continuous opinion leader advocacy are testimony to Dentsply's continued commitment to bring all dental surgeries increased efficacy in treatments and procedures."

This comes after the firm announced announced record-breaking financial results for the third quarter of 2013 at the end of last month.
