BMI Healthcare names new international director

BMI Healthcare has announced the appointment of Scott Feldman as its new international director, overseeing the company's worldwide growth.

Mr Feldman has worked in a senior marketing and business development role within the private hospital group for the past three years, achieving significant success, while prior to this he was head of marketing at HCL Healthcare.

In his latest role, he will work closely with BMI Healthcare's international liaison officers, consultants and hospital executive directors to help further improve the company's offering on the international stage.

This will aid the expansion of the business in the important Middle East, Asian and North African healthcare markets.

Mr Feldman said: "I look forward to the challenges that lay ahead but I am confident that we have the correct team in place around me to help realise our goals."

Earlier this month, the company published its financial results for the business year ending on September 30th 2013, during which it saw revenue from continuing operations rise by 2.1 percent year on year to 851.3 million pounds.
