Open Health launches new patient-focused Engage practice
Open Health has announced the launch of a new patient-centric practice called Engage, which will be led by a number of its veteran staff members.
Engage will be a full-service, patient-focused practice that offers services such as strategic consulting, patient insight research, medical communications, patient support solutions, digital strategies and products, and specialised adherence and persistence programmes.
Richard Jones has been appointed as managing director of the new business, leveraging his experience working with relevant organisations such as Atlantis Healthcare and Healthcare at Home, as well as his 17 years in various pharmaceutical sector roles.
Open Health partners David Rowley and Marcus Perry will join Mr Jones on the agency's leadership team, while Rachael Parkman joins Engage as an account director.
David Rowley, chief executive officer of Open Health, said the company "has been delivering a breadth of patient programmes for some time. The launch of Engage allows us to channel these activities and build truly integrated solutions".
Open Health is part of the Chime communications group and encompasses a number of brands, including Open LEC, Succinct Medical Communications and Reynolds Mackenzie.
