Taylor Herring to launch body rights campaign for Amnesty International
Taylor Herring has been handed a new contract by Amnesty International to help launch a two-year campaign focusing on sexual and reproductive rights.
Entitled My Body, My Rights, the initiative aims to end discriminatory use of criminal law to regulate sexuality and reproduction, remove barriers to access to relevant health services and information, and end discrimination, coercion and violence over such matters.
Taylor Herring has been tasked with producing the key creative content for the launch, while building a global PR and marketing toolkit including picture, print and video assets. The agency will also oversee the UK media relations around the launch.
It will work closely with Amnesty International's communications team and the acclaimed Tokyo-based artist Hikaru Cho, who has produced body art to accompany the launch of the campaign.
Pete Mountstevens, managing partner at Taylor Herring, said: "We are thrilled to be working with Amnesty, an organisation we greatly admire. Our creative is designed to engage a younger audience in a way that will stimulate discussion around the key campaign issues."
Taylor Herring was launched in 2001 and has worked with a wide variety of clients, including Google, Sky, Panasonic, The National Lottery, HBO, Red Bull, Cadbury and many others.
