Olympus to showcase light microscopy innovations at Analytica 2014

12th March 2014

Olympus has announced that it will be attending the Analytica 2014 industry conference in Germany next month, where it will be showcasing its latest light microscopy systems and accessories.

The company will be present at the Munich event from April 1st to 4th, where it will be demonstrating the benefits of its new multiphoton excitation system, the FluoView FVMPE-RS, which enables high-precision, ultra-fast scanning and stimulation.

A presentation will be given during the conference in which Olympus application specialist Dr Bjoern Sieberer will talk through the system's ability to see deep within specimens, take measurements at high speeds and capture images in demanding conditions.

Meanwhile, visitors will also be able to gain an understanding of the flexibility offered by the company's customisable IX3 open source frames and their associated accessories, as well as learning about the latest advances in live-cell imaging incubation.

Many of these innovations were previously shown off by Olympus at last year's European Molecular Biology Organisation annual meeting and at the European Congress of Pathology.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801702719-ADNFCR
