CCgroup wins EU brief with mobility specialist Tangoe

CCgroup has been handed a new European contract by Tangoe, a NASDAQ-listed mobility specialist with more than 1,200 clients.

The brief will see the agency oversee business-to-business PR activities across the region, with the aim of raising the client's profile, particularly in terms of its mobility services and device management portfolio, according to the Holmes Report.

Tangoe's telecoms expense management software and services – which remain a core element of the company's business – will also be a key area of focus. The work will involve a wide range of marketing and sales support services beyond traditional media relations.

Although Tangoe is a well-established brand in the US, the company is keen to make its name more widely known to prospective European clients.

Ken Lienemann, senior vice-president of marketing at Tangoe, said: "Tangoe is a strong, well-recognised brand in the US and is working hard to elevate its profile in Europe. CCgroup has a successful track record of supporting the international expansion of US companies across Europe."

This comes after CCgroup previously won a similar business-to-business technology PR contract from Encap Security earlier this month.
