Agilent and Siscapa Assay Technologies announce product alliance

Agilent has announced a new collaboration with Siscapa Assay Technologies (SAT) that will combine the product offerings of the two companies.

The non-exclusive agreement will enable SAT to provide an end-to-end solution for multiplexed protein quantitation, using a highly automated workflow for Siscapa liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Combining SAT's reagents for targeted protein quantitation with Agilent's Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform for sample preparation, along with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers for quantitative analysis, the new solution will support preparation of 400 multiplexed samples per working day.

This agreement expands on an established strategic relationship between Agilent and SAT, and furthers both companies' ability to enhance their customer workflows.
