Wave Healthcare Communications hires three team members

Wave Healthcare Communications has announced the appointment of three new members to its growing team.

Charlotte Wilkinson, who comes from a background of managing communication programmes in the healthcare sector and for the Royal Society of Chemistry, has been named as the agency's programme manager.

Meanwhile, James Keane and Philippa Hatch have joined the firm as senior programme executives. Mr Keane has worked as a production editor for scientific journals, while Ms Hatch has experience of programme management with healthcare communication agencies, as well as business development.

Their recruitments will complement the skills base of the Amersham-headquartered company, which was founded in 2001.

Rod Ball, co-owner and director at Wave, said: "These appointments reflect the continuing growth of our business as we expand our European and international work."

Wave works with a wide range of ethical pharmaceutical companies, with three-quarters of its client relationships having lasted more than six years.
