CCgroup hired to help Callstream expand UK client roster

CCgroup has won a new brief with Callstream, a successful call management company that is seeking to bolster its profile in the UK.

After winning the contract following a six-way competitive review, the agency has been tasked with increasing issues awareness and sales opportunities for Callstream's call management technology in the insurance, travel and retail sectors, according to the Holmes Report.

The work will showcase successful deployments of Callstream's technology and the wider business issues that its services can address, including PCI compliance, digital marketing return on investment tracking and business continuity.

Callstream already has a robust list of clients, but wishes to improve its sales in the UK. It has selected CCgroup for this brief based on its experience with serving business-to-business technology brands.

The agency works with a wide range of tech clients and has already previously won briefs with Encap Security and Tangoe this year.
