Liberty Communications wins US brief with InReality

12th November 2014

Liberty Communications has announced that it has been handed a new brief to manage US public relations for InReality, a retail and service innovation firm.

The agency has been hired to help the brand build its presence in North America and to raise awareness of the work it can do in identifying and shrinking reality gaps between their brand's promises and their customers' actual experiences and expectations.

Working with clients like Home Depot, Tempur-Pedic and Bridgestone, the company offers various end-to-end solutions to help build more enduring relationships with customers. It has selected Liberty for this brief based on its experience within the retail and CRM sectors.

Scott Beaver, vice-president and general manager at Liberty Communications, said: "This is an exciting value proposition and market segment and we're looking forward to using our customer experience knowledge and expertise to help strengthen awareness for InReality."

This latest contract win is testament to the recent successful expansion of Liberty's US operations, having opened a new office in San Francisco to serve west coast clients.

Mr Beaver was appointed to the newly-created role of vice-president of Liberty's US division and general manager of the San Francisco office last month.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801759809-ADNFCR
