Red Lorry Yellow Lorry wins new brief with Monotype

1st April 2015

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry has been handed a new UK PR brief by Monotype, a leading designer of electronic typefaces.

The agency has been tasked with developing campaigns to highlight Monotype's design and technical expertise, while positioning type as a vital element of branding and comms.

Monotype provides typesetting, imaging and text for consumer electronic devices and works with brands such as Google, Microsoft, The Economist, Sony, Nike and Peugeot. The US-based company wishes to raise its profile in the UK market.

With digital technology becoming more ubiquitous and multiple channels being employed by a growing number of businesses, it is expected that typefaces will become more important and central than ever before.

Rob Ettridge, partner at Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, said: "While the Monotype brand has an amazing heritage and is a name everyone is familiar with, we now need to update and take its messages to the next level."

Other current Red Lorry Yellow Lorry clients include brands such as Aspera, Avid, LogMeIn, Tufin and Three.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801782288-ADNFCR
