Zenopa named as one of UK’s best small workplaces

Zenopa has placed 15th in a list of the best small workplaces in the UK compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute.

This marks the third consecutive year in which the Buckinghamshire-based recruitment company has been included in the list, thus underlining the firm's commitment to staff development and satisfaction.

Results from the Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit management questionnaire were evaluated together to determine whether the companies assessed could be described as great workplaces.

Zenopa's continued success in this ranking is a testament to the work of managing director Mark Denton, who credits courses undertaken at Cranfield University for their role in helping to develop Zenopa's acclaimed workplace standards.
