Dechra to exhibit at VET Festival in September 2015

Dechra has announced that it will be exhibiting at the forthcoming VET Festival, a new event dedicated to veterinary education that will be held on September 5th and 6th 2015.

The event will be held on the grounds of the University of Surrey and will see world-leading veterinary professionals and human medical specialists coming together to provide lectures on a number of key topics.

In addition to talks on orthopaedics, oncology and soft tissue surgery, neurology and veterinary nursing, the festival will incorporate stalls, food, exhibitions and family entertainment.

The showpiece entertainment event at the 2015 VET Festival will be the One Live concert, headlined by Mike and the Mechanics, which will raise money for The Humanimal Trust.

Noel Fitzpatrick, founder of the VET Festival, said: "The simple goal of the VET Festival is to provide education which is both cutting-edge and relevant to the day-to-day clinical work of vets, vet nurses and veterinary professionals in companion animal practice."

Dechra will also be sponsoring this year's Vet Charity Challenge, which also takes place in September.
