Norbrook to sponsor vet team at Chelmsford City Racecourse

Norbrook Laboratories has agreed to sponsor the 13-strong veterinary team at the newly re-opened Chelmsford City Racecourse.

The team will be on course for the 58 meetings of the year, incorporating afternoon, twilight and evening fixtures, with Norbrook banners to be on display all year round in the stable area.

Additionally, special branded clothing has been provided to the vets on course as part of the sponsorship package.

Lizzie Leonard-Appleton, junior product manager at Norbrook, said: "Equine health and wellbeing is an essential part of Norbrook's work and we are committed to working with the veterinary profession to help deliver the best possible support for the animals in their care."

Earlier this year, Norbrook announced a sponsorship deal with the international charity organisation World Horse Welfare, which also involved the provision of Norbrook-branded jackets to help equine health professionals work comfortably in cold conditions.

They will be worn at events such as tack and rug sales, dressage events and sponsored rides.
