Thermo Fisher Scientific to present at ESACT 2015

Thermo Fisher Scientific has announced plans to attend the European Society for Animal Cell Technology (ESACT), where they will demonstrate their newest life science innovations.

The event in Barcelona will give the company an opportunity to showcase solutions to help customers achieve cell culture and bioprocessing goals, with the meeting set to run from May 31st to June 3rd.

Featured products will include the Gibco ExpiCHO line, which offers superior yields compared to past offerings, plus the Gibco Dynamis Medium for Fed-Batch Cell Culture Processes, which enhances productivity in bioscience manufacturing.

Also on display will be the Thermo Scientific HyPerforma Single-Use Fermentor, the first system specifically engineered for microbial fermentation, plus the HyPerforma Single-Use Bioreactor, Customised Fluid Transfer Service and Nunc Cell Factory Systems.

Nicole Brockway, vice-president of marketing for Thermo Fisher Scientific's bioproduction business, said; "We continue to extend the use of our industry-leading technologies in cell culture research, upstream bioprocessing and single-use technology to customers in both research and applied markets who need consistent quality and increased productivity."
