Celgene to present new data at EULAR 2015
Celgene has announced that it will be attending the annual congress of the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), which takes place in Rome from June 10th to 13th.
Data from 11 abstracts, including two oral presentations, six poster presentations and three published in The Abstract Book, will be discussed by Celgene, demonstrating new insights into various investigational and marketed products.
New two-year pooled analysis of the PALACE trial programme will highlight the effects of the oral selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4 Otezla on enthesitis and dactylitis in patients with active psoriatic arthritis.
Meanwhile, findings will be presented on the investigational compound C-220, showing its impact on levels of systemic lupus erythematosus-associated transcription factors.
Scott Smith, president of Celgene's inflammation and immunology business, said: "We remain committed to further developing our new and existing therapies to provide innovative treatment options for patients living with painful, debilitating chronic immune conditions."
This comes after the firm shared new drug data during Digestive Disease Week and at the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology last month.
