Galderma completes acquisition of Inneov nutraceutical assets

Galderma has completed its acquisition of certain assets from Inneov Group, as originally announced in April 2015.

As a result of the successful conclusion of the regulatory process and customary closing conditions, the firm has gained ownership of a number of Inneov brands, such as Nutri-Care D, Duocap, Densilogy, Densilogy Men, Fermete, Fermete Aox, Firmness, Pre-Hyaluron 465, Solar and Sun Sensitivity.

This purchase will serve as the foundation for Galderma's planned entry into the nutraceutical market, which is expected to align with its current business activities in the field of self-medication.

Inneov's portfolio is supported by science and clinical evidence, with the various offerings recommended by healthcare professionals for aiding the healthy upkeep of the skin, hair and nails.

Formerly a joint venture between L'Oreal and Nestle, Galderma was bought out completely by Nestle last year.
