Oxford Gene Technology launches new Cytocell probes
Oxford Gene Technology has announced the addition of several new fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH) probes to its Cytocell Pathology range.
Eight high-quality pathology FISH probes for 1q25, 1p36, 19p13, 19q13, ROS1-GOPC and RET testing have been launched as analyte-specific reagents in the US, with CE Mark-approved versions to follow for Europe later this year.
In addition to these pathology probes, a large number of other offerings are available, including haematology and haematopathology probes, as well as whole chromosome and murine chromosome painting probes.
The cost-effective Cytocell FISH probes deliver bright signals for accurate scoring, leading to consistent results, backed up by full evaluation support from the manufacturer.
Dr Mike Evans, chief executive officer of Oxford Gene Technology, said: "Through our exceptional probe quality and range, plus our dedicated support team, we believe that we offer the best value FISH products available."
The firm provides genetics research solutions to leading clinical and academic research institutions in more than 60 countries worldwide.
