Synergy Vision wins Women of the Future Award

Synergy Vision has won the corporate award at the Women of the Future Awards in recognition of its commitment to workplace diversity.

The agency was able to claim the prize ahead of larger and more prominent competitors such as Shell, Olswang, Accenture and Unilever thanks to its efforts to nurture young talent and further the careers of its female employees.

Judges praised Synergy Vision for recruiting and promoting women at entry level through to middle leadership and senior positions, as well as the way its culture, policies and practices have benefited its staff members.

Jill Daws, senior account director at Synergy Vision, said: "We are delighted to win this prestigious award, which reflects our continued commitment to the promotion of diversity within the workplace."

Synergy Vision was founded more than eight years ago by experienced pharmaceutical clinical development specialist Ffyona Dawber. Initially employing only two people, it now has a workforce of more than 30.
